Organic arugula with fresh strawberries, walnuts & fontina cheese dressed in our own house made balsamic strawberry vinaigrette.

Pink vodka cream sauce finished with shaved Reggiano cheese and micro greens.
Pollo Valentino
Chicken breast topped with prosciutto, mozzarella & asparagus. Perfected with a delectable light wine tomato basil sauce; accompanied with roasted potatoes & sauteed spinach.
gamberi al Vermouth
Jumbo shrimp with artichoke hearts, capers, tomatoes & olives in a white vermouth butter sauce over angel hair pasta.
Salmone al Granchio
Fresh filet of North Atlantic Salmon lightly stuffed with Lump crabmeat in a light dijonnaise cream dill sauce, served with asparagus & garlic mashed potatoes.
Brasato al Barolo
Beef ribs that have been slowly braised for 6 hours - bringing a tender-fall off the bone meat. Served with polenta & organic broccolini.
Vitello Valdostana
Veal scaloppini with asparagus & roasted potatoes. Topped with prosciutto & fontina cheese; finished with a Marsala demi-glace sauce.
